Work from top to bottom and room by room so dust and dirt do not land on surfaces you have already cleaned. Gather your supplies first, open a window for fresh air where you can, and take short breaks — a deep clean does not have to happen all in one day. Once you have worked through this checklist, keep the momentum going by repeating the heaviest tasks monthly and touching up the rest in your regular routine. Your home will feel fresher, healthier, and much easier to keep clean.
